Where can I get my own ono bag?
There are two options for buying our bags. You can either get them through our own online shop, simply by browsing the products and placing them in your shopping basket.
If you prefer to see and feel our products before buying them, you can go to one of the selected stores that stock our items.
How can I pay for products I buy online?
We use PayPal to process payments for our online shop. They accept all major credit cards or direct transfers through your PayPal account. Once you process the order on our website you will automatically be redirected to their website for the secure payment process.
What are the shipping costs for online orders?
We will ship your order anywhere in the world! For orders above €200 you will receive free shipping worldwide. If you order below €200, shipping within Europe will be €10 and shipping anywhere outside Europe will be €20.
Can I return a product I bought online?
While we of course hope that you will love your ono product once you hold it in your hands we understand that sometimes products ordered online do not match your expectations. We therefore provide the right to return any products inside their original packaging within 14 days. Expenses for return shipping are borne by the customer.
If the product is already damaged upon arrival please contact us via shop(at)onocreations(dot)com and send us a picture of the good. We will assess how to proceed with the situations (give instructions for cleaning, or ask you to send the damaged product back to us while we send you a replacement)
Products cannot be returned and refunded if they are broken by force after use. However, as we value quality we have our special warranty for this. Please see the question on “what can I do if my product breaks?”.
What can I do if my product breaks after I have used it for a while?
We love high quality. All our materials and production processes are chosen through in-depth research and care, following our goal to set high standards of durability. Our material combinations and manufacturing processes are unique and innovative and require a constant process of learning and improvement. We are 100% dedicated to full costumer satisfaction. Therefore we offer you a worldwide one year warranty on our products. The warranty includes all manufacturing defects. Within this timeframe, repairs are on us. We either find a way to fix your product, or will replace it. No matter where you are.
We ask for your cooperation and honesty. Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect.
If your bag is damaged, please get in touch. Together we’ll evaluate your product and find a solution to either repair or replace it within the shortest possible time.
